#ES_F #SPX has been in moving from 80 point chop to 20 point chop & then again 60 point chop. Don't get married to either bull or bear side. Trade less. Try to be in 20 point or 80 point chop. Avoid 10 point chop areas. Unless you are scalping with 200 lots. 😅

Stops & Break Even - V important in trading. Two -2's in OVN, started negative today. Long at 3979 in RTH, took two out at +6, 3rd at +10,runer at +30. Simple Math 4*-2+4*-2+2*6+1*10+1*30 = -8-8+12+10+30=46. Did n't even count pts made rest of the day. Its just Math. #ES_F #SPY

If you develop a process with -2 or -4 stop, you can make $. Its not about being right but extracting good points when you are right with good scale out strategy. If you take first 2 out at +8,3rd at +12 & put trailing stop on 4th at +16 , its +12 avg on trade that works. #ES_F
