12 months ago, after being ignored and gaslit by sport’s governing bodies, about the harm to women from males competing in the female category, I reached the point of walking away from sport or as a last resort, start wearing signs. I chose to wear signs #SaveWomensSports

I worked hard for my place at the English National XC. At least one of the women who finished ahead of me and 500 females had a huge advantage- the lifelong benefits of male puberty. No amount of fitness or training can make up for that.

It’s more than 3 months since @BritAthletics banned post-puberty males from the female category in events it licenses. Yesterday a post-puberty male raced in the female category in a UKA-licensed event. How much longer do female runners in the UK have to suffer unfairness? 👎😡

I joined @FemaleRunner today to run & raise awareness of @parkrunUK 's unfair self ID policy. It was brilliant! So much support from regular parkrunners. At least 20 F records and 140 F first finishers are male, how many more before parkrun fix their policy?

Males have a minimum of 10% advantage over females in endurance running. Doesn’t sound much? Start your timer and wait 2 and a half minutes. This is equivalent to the headstart a male of equal fitness and motivation would get in a 25 minute 5k race

It’s never been cheating for males to enter the women’s category - our governing bodies allowed it. Females had to accept it. @BritAthletics eligibility rules changed on Mar 31st. If you have gone through male puberty it is now cheating to continue entering as F.
