@byJoka The game is worse than 7 in almost every way, but heat isn't the issue. In fact, heat is great. It's the nerfs to backdash, the increased tracking, and the utter lack of risk for so many core moves,that make heat feel worse than it is as a concept.

T8 Lili would be a broken character in 7, but she's a solid character in 8. As @SuperAkouma stated, if she was the best character in the game, then balance would be in a good spot. She's strong in ways that don't break TEKKEN. The characters above her? Not so much.

@Landon_D_ Sure, we've had Kuni vs Kuni, 6 Leroys in top 8, and a million Fahks and Akumas during different parts of Tekken 7's lifetime. You're not wrong there. But TTT2 had the same damn problems. Almost everyone ran Mishimas, AK, or Lars at top level. It wasn't a super diverse meta.
