The difference is execution. It's that these guys are unemployed and never miss their ledgedashes/techchases etc., and these guys do not like admitting that. The importance of hitting rote, reactive tech is almost impossible to overstate, and arguably the biggest flaw in Melee.

Long time no see Edge guarding in the ditto is hard when the opponent does tech jump bair or tech fast fall up b. There is nothing wrong with just doing d tilt, but you should always kill them for trying to do tech bair, and you have tight counterplay against tech fast fall up b

Got 2nd at the shine prelocal. Played alright, got eaten alive by cc by spark, who beat me twice. Panda is amazing but played very off vs me. Had fun sets with Skerzo and Kalvar if not the cleanest. Will deal with crouch much better next time. Ggs everyone and on to shine.

Back from the future and I watched the next 300 Chef Rach character optimizations. Expect: 1. Teeter cancel 2. Act out of ASDI down in ways that are really hard on GCC. 3. Floaty players be good at the game challenge (IMPOSSIBLE...except for Ryobeat)

@naturalworlder @Jaydyndm So, traditionally when people say how much a place costs, they say the total cost even if they're splitting it. I think you're gonna confuse a lot of people, and OP doubtlessly meant total cost as well.

Done with Big House, out at 49th. Was really struggling this weekend in and out of game but seeing so many friends and meeting so many cool people made things better. It certainly has its downs but on the whole I love this community. And of course, amsa is a god. So happy 4 him
