Our tree is up today. Christmas in the Castle has officially begun. The lights are also being turned on at the Walkinstown roundabout at 5 o clock Friday evening. There will be fun and festivities and there will even be an appearance from Sam Maguire.

Today is low energy day in school. We are using as little electricity as possible. All electronics have been switched off. We are conserving energy and learning how to help the environment. We thought of some fun things to do that don't use any electricity.

Another 3rd class got to visit the National museum today. Room 5 went to the Archaeology museum and the Natural History museum. The boys did a workshop in the Archaeology museum after learning all about Egypt in class.

We had our first whole school assembly since December 2019 before Halloween! Our senior footballer’s were acknowledged for their outstanding efforts this year. We had our Behaviour Draw, boys from each standard were rewarded! Our overall prize winner was Reece! Well done to all!
