Most of our natural vitiman D is produced when the skin is exposed to the sun. We only need a moderate dose of sunlight (no burning) to synthesize vit D, but if you work indoors all day, and/or completely cover yourself in sunscreen or ‘protective’ clothing, you won’t get enough

When dealing with skin problems like acne, psoriasis and eczema, instead of applying creams, I recommend looking into the skin-gut connection first. What’s going on inside the gut, especially with the trillions of the bacteria that live there, often directly affects the skin.

One of the easiest ways to age well is to eat less. After about age 45, your body doesn’t need as many calories as it once did. It’s not building anymore; it’s protecting and preserving, and this requires less fuel. Including Time Restricted Eating to this improves it further
