I spoke to a Sri Lankan friend who visited Sri Lanka recently after 1 year. He said that all the way from the airport to home, all he noted were people who were topless (උඩ ඇඳුම් නෑ) sitting on stilts. He said it looks like people can't afford clothes. Is this true?
