I'm thrilled to announce that I've joined the Worldcoin Foundation (
@worldcoinfnd
)! My focus will be on our grants program, protocol R&D, and decentralization of the Worldcoin ecosystem.
I cashed out crypto for the first time in my life today. Just a little bit to secure my rent for the next 3 years. It is actually real guys, it's not just a number on a screen wtf. I feel super weird about it.
I quit the ethereum ecosystem, you all keep talking about wen flipenning and wen merge. I’m going to go to a superior blockchain with faster finality. Cardano is the future
I'm very excited to announce that I've joined
@worldcoin
full-time to work on creating the most scalable privacy-preserving proof-of-personhood protocol.
I'm currently focusing on zero-knowledge machine learning (ZKML) so users can self-host their biometric data.

An introduction to Zero-knowledge Machine Learning (ZKML). Creating ZK proofs of ML models allows us to ensure that a given output O was created by model M using input I.

If we keep getting smart contract exploits, architecture exploits, consensus exploits all the time, it makes you wonder whether we'll be able to provide enough security to settle trillions of $ worth of value long term. Very scary stuff, we need more people doing security
Honestly liking
@solana
more and more everyday, a lot of the things I hated in the past about it are coming around. Might play around with the ecosystem a bit over grindmas. Some things I like are Sealevel (parallel VM), localized fee markets, multiple clients coming around, ...
@zachxbt
@TheCryptoLark
Happy these people are getting exposed, when I was starting out in the space many of my frens got caught up in these. Me included sometimes, but thankfully exited a few before it was too late.
Dear
@RichardHeartWin
@PulsechainCom
, can you pls stop sending me letters by using my address which was exposed in the
@Ledger
marketing hack? I'm really not interested in your eth fork
By the end of next week, I'll publish the first iteration of the guide on how to become a blockchain dev from scratch. Will maybe do videos afterward if I manage to get my Live2d setup working after I arrive home from Madrid.
People fudding
@OlympusDAO
for the engagement today. My feed is full. Even if price ain't performing all that well, there's hardly any other teams which such a strong lineup of DeFi products and talent building.
How do you reach mathematical maturity without having a formal education. Can I get there on my own with freely available courses, books, curriculums, etc?
I'm excited to announce that I've joined
@alongsidefi
as an engineer. I am looking forward to growing as a developer and building the future of crypto indexes.
ok, I have a small announcement to make. I feel the same pain you all are feeling. To make things a little bit better, I'm thinking of starting a YouTube channel where I just talk for like 20 mins about what I'm thinking every 2-3 days + maybe some programming tutorials.
We need more Rust developers building on Ethereum. I might mess around and start a movement to convert everyone from golang and other systems languages (C/C++) engineers to build using Rust on Ethereum (infra, not SCs).
for those who aren't aware yet, we need the OPStack and Ethereum to scale at least 100x to accomodate even current World app demand, we are hitting hard limits everywhere. Lots of work to be done, we ain't done yet. 4844 is only the start
The older I get (turning 22 in a bit over 2 months), the more appealing a chill life with a wife and kids in a village/suburbs house with a garden looks like. Why is it so popular to hustle and live in massive cities? I don’t find it to be that interesting, it’s more expensive…
I'm in no position to comment on the situation, I'm just happy I get to do what I love every single day. I love Ethereum, its ethos, and its vision. I love to learn more cryptography, I love what it allows for, and I love to learn more about math, AI, CS, programming in Rust ../
Zero Knowledge Machine Learning has been my pet peeve recently. The premise is that you can create proofs of the computational correctness of ML model inference as a primitive whilst also hiding the model or input to create useful applications.
I'm taking a cryptography 101 course on Coursera to review basic concepts, any tips on how to get into elliptic curve cryptography, zk-proofs, and more advanced topics? A learning dependency tree would be much appreciated. Feels refreshing to get back into doing my beloved maths
what events are you looking forward to next year?
The ones I'm thinking of attending are:
- EthDenver
- EthTaipei
- EthSeoul
- Zuzalu 2. ed
- EthBerlin / Dappcon
- EthCC
- EthGlobal Singapore
- EthGlobal SF
- Devcon
- ZKSummits / ZkHacks
getting back around to learning number theory, abstract algebra, linear algebra, and cryptography with an emphasis on ZK. Starting out with wish me luck
I can't stress enough how great of a course is, absolutely life-changing. Finishing up week 5 of Part 1 (currently assembling the full Hack computer using their custom flavor of HDL), already finished the lectures of week 6, and will be building an…
The Starknet developer guide is live on
@devpillme
! It will guide you through what Starknet is and how it generally works and then provides you with a list of Cairo learning resources to go through to get a good grip on the language!
Things that interest me that I'm learning more about:
- Execution environments in L2s (Cairo, zkEVM, LLVM, EVM)
- MEV marketplaces; how to design effective marketplaces for block builders inside of L2s once the sequencers (builders) are decentralized

alpha: create a Notion database of everyone you meet, what skills they have, your relationship with them, the teams/projects they belong to, when did you last interact with them, and their position. Thank me later.
Using a modern computer feels like magic the more you learn about computer architecture and just how many things humans had to get right over several millennia to get here. Not to mention scale, logistics, distribution, sales, support, maintenance, ... Don't take anything for…
@Jon_HQ
@DoaneJameson
this is exactly why you don't listen to banners telling you to migrate. I've been rugged tens of times, but normies don't know how to behave in these situations.
@opensea
needs to take accountability for these exploits
Back in Europe, feels so right. ETHDenver was amazing and I'm already missing all my new frens and my girl (yes I managed to get a gf at
@EthereumDenver
, who would've imagined)
Thank you
@StarkWareLtd
@Starknet
, appreciate you for all the support you have given me when I was just getting started on my journey as a research engineer with a grant for
@devpillme
to create a Starknet section and now for being a user of Starknet. ❤️
With Copilot, Copilot Labs, and ChatGPT I feel like I can code anything without having to have any prior knowledge, it's crazy. Reading an unfamiliar codebase atm and it's such a nice walk in the park. I have been using these tools for almost a year now and it still keeps amazing…

Honestly one of the best ways to get started in crypto as an engineer is as an Ethereum Protocol Fellowship participant or a
@NethermindEth
intern. If I had to do it all over again from scratch, would probably go this way to speedrun to where I am today.
#TestingTheMerge
Ropsten. I'm currently running a Lighthouse + Geth validator using eth-docker. The TTD is 50000000000000000 and the community is targeting for the merge to happen on June 8th, by renting some extra hardware.
Getting quite a bit disillusioned with the current state of DeFi, NFTs and crypto as a whole. Most things on my TL are bad takes, copypasta, vague forks, … If we keep focusing on the same we will fail as an industry or worse, recreate the ways things were done before.
Caribbean aesthetic. I’m in love with
@cryptodavidw
’s book. It’s for beginners but thanks to it I have been solidifying intuitions for thing I missed when learning ZK and cryptography more generally so far. Everyone should read it imo
Should I create a podcast? It doesn't sound like too much effort to create one with mediocre production quality. I think it is a good way to talk about cool things as opposed to long-form writing/research.
For future DAO auction buys, we need to use ZK tech and educate
@Sothebys
about how it works.
@ConstitutionDAO
could've proved with a zk-attestation that they have more in their wallet than what they're bidding, all without actually showing how much they have.
shared sequencers, decentralized sequencers, proof aggregators, proof marketplaces, restaking, alt DA, ZK coprocessors, ZKML. I wonder how all of these building blocks will end up being used. Some of the coolest things in the space rn imo
My goal is to have
@transmissions11
Github activity in 2022. Not only the frequency, but the quality, productivity, and overall usefulness of the codebases. It's an insanely ambitious goal, but we got to try hard fam. We do it for the people ❤️
