@oddavhie @PrinceNtuli7 i agree about the anc incompetence. i also have a genuine question so pls don't shoot: 1. how must government create jobs? 2. (this will cause problems but i will ask anyway) should people maybe procreate less if they are poor? (i am 45 and childless because of question 2)
