Had a client stuck at 18% bf week after week. Found out he was sneaking an apple and 8 strawberry’s a day. We cut that out and he immediately broke through his plateau and began melting fat again. No one said fucking ever.
Seen this guy at my gym. Dropped a lot of fat.
Asked him how much since the gym opened 2 years ago.
Well he started in 2021 was over 500lbs.
186 today, see him in there almost everyday I’m there.

Have a client that had a 57 inch waist
- he started doing planks
