It all starts up front! Our o-line paved the way Saturday for:
🦊 First game with over 300 yards rushing since 2012.
🦊 First game with over 500 yards of total offense since 2019.
🦊 12:35 of possession in the fourth quarter (Stetson only ran eight plays).
🦊 No sacks allowed.
Congratulations to our six Red Foxes who were named All-PFL by Phil Steele Publications!
🦊 Justin Iaccio
🦊 Ibrahim Giwa
🦊 Matt Stianche
🦊 Nick Jackson
🦊 Tristan Shannon
🦊 Amin Woods
Great communication by
#Bucs
vs Mesh. Bucs call a cut bracket when Lazard motions. Safety takes great angle to cut under, resulting in sack. Mesh giveaway = WR motion across aligning off the ball, TE on ball as the picker.
We're excited to join forces with

Matt is a great addition to the show. Not too many people know coverages better than him. I just wish they would move NFL Matchup to a time where people can watch! Best football show on TV, no doubt
Thank you to everyone at both Monmouth and Marist for helping me grow as a man and a young coach. Very appreciative of my time with both programs.
I am happy to share that I am joining the staff at Army as a Defensive Assistant!
#BEATnavy
Brilliant
@gregcosell
. Patriots are lethal in their 2 man route concepts to the boundary. KC will have a tough time with all of the matchup coverages they play
Rams run wide zone to the shade nose - GB sets front to the TE. C&RG "slam" 51 bc he is stacked over the nose. Good use of Fly motion to remove 58 from box. RG adjusts course to scraping LB. 79 wins with catch hand vs DE spike, good vision and read Akers
This is a nice read and throw by Allen. Daboll dials up a double slant
RPO. Allen is reading
#53
. He sees
#53
move with run fake so he knows to keep it but
#53
drops back into the window for the 1st slant. So, Allen resets and throws the 2nd slant.
#Chargers
Cover 3 is just like Falcons/jags etc. vs Trips, they will check "mable" which means they will man up on the backside. Many teams attack this check by having
#3
run vertical and having
#1
backside run underneath or out to occupy CB. Example in
#Chiefs
#Chargers
gm
Seattle bumps with Woods fly motion. Great jump cut by Akers - lets DL flow past him. LT good job cutting off 3 tech - run him using his momentum against him. Great wrinkle by McVay bringing Kupp across to take care of Wright to open up crease backside
Why is Drew Smith still in AAA? How could they possibly promote Bautista, Copeland, Flexen, Baumann over Smith other than the 40 man roster excuse? Smith has excelled at every level including Vegas
@mikemayerMMO
@MBrownstein89
@MattEhalt
Only Wink and the
#Ravens
would bring all out pressure 4 straight plays!!! Result: 0-4 INT and an AFC North title. On 4th down, Brown go 4x1. They run 2 WR vertical to clear out a slant underneath. Mosley rushes but drops into throwing lane and makes INT
If the
#mets
think they can sign miller, Maldonado and a few lost cost signings and be a 90 win team, they’re really kidding themselves. Idc what their analytics team projects, they’ll be irrelevant by the AS break
@WexlerRules
Agreed. It’s gonna cost more than just Mauricio. Castillo’s numbers are a little underwhelming, I’d rather give up half that for Bassitt or Mahle
Wink Martindale never backed down and if he was gonna lose, he was going down swinging. He sends an all out blitz on 3rd and 8. CLE 4 man slides to rt, leaving a free rusher backside - FS who wasn't counted in orig protection
Michael Conforto is hitting .209.
Yoenis Cespedes is hitting .208.
Jay Bruce is hitting .190.
Both starting catchers are injured.
Only twice, has a starting pitcher thrown a pitch in the 7th inning.
The
#Mets
are 14-5 and have the best record in the NL.
Baseball is funny.
@richmacleod
Yeah his value is probably less than Addison Reed’s was this time last year. Going into year, he was considered one of best closers. For mets sake, gotta rebuild that value fast
@WexlerRules
Bryant is a weird fit for the Mets. Avg defender at 3B, and we have potentially 3 long term 3B possibilities in the minors, idk if he makes sense honestly
@lindseyadler
@mikemayerMMO
@livingdeadguy
While you score points with every mets fan with this tweet, the payroll is not an excuse. 150mil is enough to at least compete. Most of their payroll is dedicated to underachieving, injured players. That is the bigger issue
@ByJamesWagner
I love Alonso and would love him to come up. He’s had an amazing year and worked incredibly hard to improve offensively and defensively. He is though, only hitting .240 in AAA. Mets aren’t crazy for thinking he needs more time
@Ken_Rosenthal
This is how mets operates under minaya. Maybe it isn’t a coincidence that he’s back. It makes the lack of spending seem like more Sandy than the Wilpons actually. Mets fans don’t wanna hear it but it might be true
@MattBowen41
Matt the ball placement on that throw was as good as it gets. There’s nothing better than watching rivers play Qb. From the checks at the line, to the way he attacks coverages, and of course his personality
@adamgfisher
Is Ramos a good option for the Mets? Why do we keep hearing Maldonado’s name? They can’t seriously think he’s a starting C. Defense is important but you can’t have 2 automatic outs
@Abyrne44
OL coaches in WZ/MZ will tell the tackle to block the DE on the angle he finds him. Some teams will pass set the tackle, since they are running mid zone and attacking inside of the PST
