We preach it to players, but coaches must always remember our WHY. No matter how much success we have, kids we help, work we put in, we’ll never please everyone. So focus on YOUR why, the purpose that you’re pursuing, and most importantly young men’s lives that you’re impacting.

For 3 years its been killing me, and don’t understand how college coaches who played college ball and were small guards…will turn around & not give at least a solid LOOK to a small guard. Obviously a coach took a chance on you, but you’re not willing to do the same? Crazy 🤦🏽‍♂️

EVERY HS player who wants a scholarship needs to hear this. If YOUR coach critiquing your game offends you then hang it up. It takes a work ethic most players aren’t mentally tough enough to maintain to get an O. If you aren’t mentally & physically locked in then hang it up.

This kid can lock up your best player 94ft and give him 20+ on the other end. He has the film to prove it. Spot up, off the bounce, to the cup, right or left, one or two feet, floater or pull up....there’s nothing offensively he cannot do.
