we've expanded the playoff, realigned conferences, started letting boosters pay the players and dropped most transfer restrictions. CFB can be flexible when it wants
so lets drop the FBS transition rule. or get JMU a waiver. Dukes deserve a shot at a bowl
One of the main drivers of this College Football Playoff expansion was money. Presidents felt as if they were leaving too much on the table. Monday could end up a powerful motivator for starting prior to 2026.
it catches my eye when these locks and instant reaction shows run a little long but we also spend 12 months talking about a sport with only 12 regular season games. might as well empty the clip, right?
@Chip_Patterson
Saw your bracket, you have Marshall beating Wichita State AND West Virginia? Come on man, even if D'Antoni can beat Wichita State (which won't happen) Huggins would never let that happen.
whenever Jimbo is involved in a field goal attempt that goes above the uprights it's great bc i'll never forget how passionately he used to talk about college football needing lasers on the goal posts

If you didn't catch our instant reaction show, you have to go back and watch it right now!!!
each year i put together a stats, facts and storylines piece for the Final Four. it's beefy, sure, but bookmark it because you've got more than 7 hours until tip-off so you can work your way through an 18-minute read
my updated opinion is that as much pain that was given must be received. and though there's been the Josh Downs drop against Georgia Tech, the missed field goals against NC State and giving away the Holiday Bowl tonight ...
it's probably still nowhere close to being even
