Today the Cheyenne Police Department joined over 1,000 officers from across the country in Sheridan, Wyoming to pay our respects in the funeral procession and memorial service of Officer Nevada Krinkee.
Together, we extend our sympathy to his family, friends, and community.
On February 22 Cheyenne Police Officers arrested a suspect for burglarizing local liquor stores and causing thousands of dollars worth of property damage.

Last night, one of our officers conducted some “roadside maneuvers” of a different kind than what we normally do.
Officer Spradley came across one of our citizens that needed some assistance with a flat tire, and he was quick to assist and get the driver back on the road!
The Wyoming Fugitive Task Force, led by the U.S. Marshals Service, has arrested one of Colorado’s Most Wanted Sex Offenders.
The task force is comprised of federal, state, & local law enforcement partners, including Cheyenne Police.

The CPD has launched a new texting service to better connect with community members.
This new tool uses text messaging to offer notifications and a feedback survey option to citizens who have interacted with police after a call for service.
