removed a noncitizen to Mexico April 9. This removal comes after this Mexican national was convicted of multiple DUIs and sexual assault against a child.
On April 11 ERO Denver officers arrested a citizen of El Salvador convicted of felony menacing w/weapon and vehicular assault/DUI. This felon will remain in ICE custody pending immigration proceedings.
On March 26, ERO Denver officers arrested a Mexican national with an extradition warrant with convictions for assault w/deadly weapon, sex assault w/a child, sexual exploitation w/child. This felon, with 3 previous illegal entries, will remain in ICE custody pending removal.
