شنوا معناها شخص يشد حبس على حاجة كتبها ما فيها حتى عنف أو تحريض؟ مهما كانت؟ هذا الحكم القضائي في حد ذاته عنيف وفيه تحريض. فرق بين إنه يكون عندك موقف سلبي من حاجة يكتبها شخص، ومن إنه الدولة تاخذ موقف باسمك وتسلب حرية الشخص اللي كتب. ريحة الرقابة الالكترونية كريهة جدا.

الاستطراد اللي يصير في نقد "دستور" قيس سعيد وخاصة القوة الخارقة اللي تتعطى للرئيس من غير أي مساءلة، ويقلك "موش بالضرورة قيس سعيد، لكن أي رئيس آخر." لا لا حتى قيس سعيد، وممكن خاصة قيس سعيد، لأنه أثبت أن الغاية تبرر الوسيلة، على عكس أي رئيس آخر افتراضي وغير موجود بعد.
