4 weeks ago I had yet to run 5km without stopping! Since then I’ve had 4 5K PBs, learnt to not completely hate running and today ran 5 miles continuously. No matter how you’re finding social distancing, set yourself a goal, big or small and give yourself a focus! #proud

Really enjoyed stepping training up a bit this week with a new goal to build some muscle mass, excited to see where I can take myself in the next few months! Honestly, lockdown has changed my life, feeling happy and healthy and determined to create the best version of myself.

And what about the players that have played club rugby in Wales all season, and have earned a spot in the 6 Nations Squad, and now will miss the pinnacle of their club season? Pretty sure male club games don’t get scheduled same day as men’s internationals, let alone finals?

The academy girls were discussing weight in the gym today, when we first started, the conversations were based on being a certain number on the scale. Now, they are discussing losing / gaining kgs in order to better athletic output which is refreshing to hear from a young cohort!
