In an early morning special drive, @BlrCityPolice teams led by the jurisdictional DCPs have conducted raids on the homes of rowdies and history-sheeters across the city. The police raided more than 2,000 houses and 1,500 rowdy-sheeters have been detained for questioning. (1/3)

I greatly applaud @CCBBangalore for cracking down on mobile-app based instant loan companies. These microloan apps used to lend money at a high-interest rate and harass the defaulters through coercive methods.

Any form of rowdyism or goondaism will not be tolerated! Appreciate the swift and timely action by @CCBBangalore in apprehending 20 rowdy-sheeters of 4 rival gangs. 18 machetes and 2 four-wheelers have been seized. Further investigation is underway.
