Again, as much as I would love for DD to confirmed as 616 canon, it hasn't been yet. The same events from Netflix can also happen in the Marvel Studios universe. So while the Netflix shows are confirmed MCU canon, it doesn't mean its 616 canon. They're Sacred Timeline canon.
