Worth reading, but I think this emphasizes “clock speed” a bit too much. The more fundamental issue for Google, as @bgurley and @altcap pointed out in their excellent new pod, is that LLM-generated answers cost a LOT more to serve than a handful of blue links. And it’s not clear
