DGCA seems to be working on @AirAsiaIndian . Show cause Notices issued against Capt.Manish Uppal. He probably deleted his Twitter account. The problem is not just about the SCN notice, the problem is the damage he has done to the young pilots in Air Asia and their minds.

Interestingly, all cockpit pictures of all Indian pilots have vanished overnight from all social media platforms. Expect a few to be killed in crossfire!!! there is some storm brewing up, but even here be assured that the DGCA will have egg on its face!!!

@MoCA_GoI : DGCA has blocked me. I have sent this below e-mail requesting for 2 interim measures to prevent IX 812. The DGCA can take their sweet time to investigate, but they can't be silent to safety issues and are bound to issue interim orders in terms of COI recommendations.

Please see the sign off of all management pilots of @AirAsiaIndian . They want to drill it into the pilots head. This is exactly the issue. Look at the targets. This is the human factor. Pilots are forced to thin in one direction. Extremely dangerous for aviation.

Passengers still on their seats. You have fraction of seconds to survive. Many of those passengers were sole bread earners for their family. Mangalore didn't kill 158 people, it ruined 158 families. Ruined by greed of @DGCA_IN . My fight for aviation safety is to prevent this.

I get 10 calls daily from pilots claiming breach of contract. All airlines have breached contracts, i know it, but don't call me unless you have concrete plans of standing up and taking actions. To crib, there are several call helplines....for eg. Samaritans

Finally @DGCAIndia suspends Gurchie for 3 months. When pilots overshoot, 1 yr and when top bosses screw pilots to do it 3 months. If pilots stand up, mgmt cannot flex muscles and here is the proof with @AirAsiaIndian & @flyspicejet . Do pilots have the spine?

With my experience I can assure all pilots one thing. If all pilots call for one no fly day and point out all safety issues, no court will ask them to fly because pilots are not just talking about their safety, but also that of general public.

@flyingbeast320 is giving a fighting chance to the pilot community. If they don't come together even now, no one can ever save them, not even god. Passenger lives seldom matter either to @DGCA_IN or the government, for whom it is just a number.

All pilots should read this article and should know that they can be replaced in 15 minutes even if dead!!! I set NOV 1 as a NO FLY DAY. But if you have any shame left in you, you need to speed things up and call for it on SEPT 1......

This is what @DGCA_IN should look at. They are simply unaware of human factors. The great shakti Lumba who warmed the seat for long too is unaware of these concepts. He flew during times when pilots used to clock 1000 hrs in 5 yrs, today guys do it in one year...

These are momentary outbursts which will never hurt @flyspicejet or it's management. But for passengers this should be the indicator of the danger in the cockpit. @DGCAIndia , @MoCA_GoI @JM_Scindia all mute spectators to the danger looming in the sky.....

IFSD doesn't anymore make news. @IndiGo6E suffered yet another neo engine failure on 15JUL climbing out of Goa. The aircraft VT-ITU remains grounded at GOI. No press statement from them. @DGCAIndia will ground neos after it kills a few. @Mohan_Rngnathan @shukla_tarun @ari_maj

1.The root cause of the problem is @DGCAIndia CAR on NOC. 2. DGCA introduced the CAR on request of the highest bidder at that time even when they had no business doing so. 3. DGCA and airlines used it only to intimidate the pilots, but never used it.
