Today I learnt a new thing in #Neuroradiology ! These last months I noticed in 3 MRI a small nodular extra-axial lesion in the foramen magnum (hyper FLAIR). 2 of them enhanced I reported both as non agressive lesions of unknown origin, possible XI schwannoma or epiderm cyst 1/4
