Also peanut allergy, autism (mild form -- see work by Peter Bearman), and gender dysphoria (our second outbreak in a generation). What they all have in common is core of actual cases, with social overlay.

Interviewer (a physiotherapist) says many of her ADULT post-surgery patients can't orgasm (or don't experience it at the intensity they used to). So how the hell can a TEEN patient, blocked at puberty onset, never had an orgasm, be able to consent to this future consequence?
