ICON SBCs: There's a lot to be discussed around these types of situation. The FUT market is a living organism and cannot be held hostage by requests solely - that could open precedents for manipulation attempts, for example. The team is aware of all and analyses it constantly.

For those asking about Higuain's OTW: If an OTW player transfers/goes on loan during the season the OTW item keeps the player's latest in-form until the player receives an IF at their new club. At that point, the item will be updated with the player's new club and latest IF item.
