So, to be clear, @joshuawongcf has been arrested for wearing a mask, against the anti-mask Emergency Regulation imposed last year, not the anti-no-mask Regulation imposed this year. It might be simpler to pass AJER: the Anti-Joshua Emergency Regulation.

My diary reminded me to go and vote for LegCo today. Went to the polling station, surprisingly empty, and a lady there wanted to stick a giant Q-tip up my nose. Not sure how that ascertains voter preference. She said I could be 1 in a million, but there's no prize. I declined.

The mask mandate is being extended to control a disease (flu) which is not covered by the mask mandate. Reg 599I covers only "the specified disease" which is COVID-19. And if we're going to have mandatory masks every time there's a flu season, then goodbye to "Hello Hong Kong".
