Maricopa county now says they do not have the usernames and passwords to the voting equipment. How did they do their "audit" of the Dominion machines without the usernames and passwords?
The Arizona Senate is drafting a resolution of contempt against the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors for failing to comply with the Senate's subpoena.
It's $8000 to certify the machines not Millions. The Senate wanted to do the audit on site at Maricopa County. The county said no. Furthermore the county has been offerred access at the audit site. Audits make the machines more legitimate not less legitimate.

Why isn't the media getting answers for these questions raised at the hearing by the auditors?
1. Why were 37,000 queries made on the Election server on a single day in March which churned the logs so the logs from election day could not be seen?

There seems to be some confusion about the Attorney General investigation of the 2020 election. The AG is not done yet. Criminal investigations are still ongoing. Stay tuned.
ASU is trying to force low risk, young, healthy kids to get vaccinated. Governor
@dougducey
said he will issue an EO to stop it and has asked the legislature to codify the EO. I'm ready to vote on that bill today.
Auditor has released a statement today. The media got it way wrong. It's too bad some media fall over themselves to falsely discredit the audit. There are so many important questions that need answers.
#AzAudit
We need a governor who won't allow our schools or businesses to be shut down again. Vote
@KariLake
. She is the only one we can trust to keep that promise!
There will be a senate hearing tomorrow at 10am to get an update on the audit. The Senate President and I will be asking what has been completed and what is needed to finish the audit so that we can receive the complete final report.
2. Why won't the County provide images of the envelopes for the mail in ballots?
3. Why won't the County provide the splunk logs?
4. Why were duplicate ballots missing the serial numbers as required by ARS 16-621 and why were there multiples with the same number?
I spent some time with
@RudyGiuliani
recently. I feel fantastic but just to be safe I have been covid tested. The results were negative. Let's get the House and Senate open immediately so we can do everything we can to make sure the election was not stolen.
All of my kids are naturally immune from COVID. I've had competent Dr's tell me this is superior to any vaccine. Nobody is going to force the vaccine on my kids.
Question we need answered regarding anomaly with early ballots. Why does the number of ballots in a batch not match the pink slip that says the number of ballots that are in the batch? For example, pink slip says there are 200 ballots but in reality there are only 165 ballots?
I will be introducing legislation next session to make sure that
@WeBuildtheWall
can erect border walls on private property in AZ without impediment from state or local government. Their organization is making a real difference with the border crisis! All with private donations!
At a meeting listening to firefighters, some with tears in their eyes, who lost their jobs because they refused to get jabbed. The tyranny needs to end.
Arizona is conducting the first large scale forensic audit in the history of this country. How about we let the auditors do their job and stop with the endless lawsuits and obstruction?

My op-ed about
#PearlHarborRemembranceDay
:
@azcentral
It is truly unfortunate that today Maricopa County has refused to comply with the subpoena and allow the Senate to conduct a forensic audit of the election. There is no legal consequence if they allow us access to the machines and ballots. 1of2
Happy FYI AZ. The governor is prohibited from issuing an Executive order like New Mexico. Years ago the Republican AZ legislature passed and then Republican gov signed ARS 26-303L which prohibits the governor from restricting 2nd amendment rights during a state of emergency.
I'm drafting legislation to ban the use of Dominion software and equipment from the state of Arizona. My constituents do not trust it. Texas refused to use it. Too many concerns in states that have. There is no room for doubt when it comes to election integrity.
We are entering an Era of government lawlessness. Counties and school districts should not be able to break the law without impunity. We need the executive branch and law enforcement to hold rogue governments accountable for their lawless actions.
Houston, we have a problem. Voter fraud is now easier than ever. If you see a ballot where someone made a mistake and voted for the wrong person you can just strike it out and change it.
Cifyr is the company that would look at the routers in place at Maricopa County. They look at top secret data all the time. To say they would risk law enforcement is absolute nonsense.
I agree with Rep.
@JosephChaplik
and Sen.
@AZKellyT
. We should not pass the budget with a provision that allows school boards to mask our kids. It's time to unmask our kids.
The personal attacks on
@FannKfann
by some media and others is truly disturbing. If you don't agree with the policy, disagree with it but no need to attack her personally. Now this. Today someone sent an unidentified white powder to her office. Not OK folks. DPS is investigating.
So it was okay for the routers to be looked at when the County did their "audit" but now it's not okay for the state to get the routers? Makes zero sense.
NEW Maricopa County Board skeds 'emergency special meeting' for 2pm today to discuss battle w Arizona Senate GOP over subpoena for routers. Sheriff Paul Penzone is expected to attend. Why county opposes turning over routers:
There is no way to see how a particular individual has voted. The ballots are anonymous. Voter privacy is protected. Don't believe the lies spread by the Board of Supervisors.
The law says the governor will promptly send her nominations to the Senate. We have not received one director nomination that she has announced. It would be unfortunate if we have to sue the governor to comply with the law.
@TJShopeforAZ
@SineKerr
@SonnyBorrelli
Definitely DOA. BTW only legislators can introduce a budget. I look forward to sending our planned budget up with my colleagues that will not Calif. our AZ. Years of good policy have made us a top destination. We aren't departing from our success and prosperity.
@GovernorHobbs
unveils $1.7B budget with tax credits for the working poor, money for housing help and more cash for K-12 -- funded by repealing universal vouchers. But that's likely DOA at Republican controlled legislature.
Section 4 of HB2839 was ruled unconstitional today. PC elections will continue as always. Kudos to the
@AZGOP
represented by Alex Kolodin for their effort to get this done.
Looks like the new tactic of the 9th floor is to tell their nominees to evade or not answer questions. Glad the committee made it clear that no one will advance who does not directly answer questions. Citizens deserve direct and honest answers.
Treasurer Yee is correct. The Governor has appointed 13 Fake Directors. They are illegitimate and should not be recognized as credible.
The Senate process was working to confirm nominees. We approved 70 percent of her nominees. But we are not a rubber stamp. 1of2.
@Garrett_Archer
the auditor said there were duplicate ballots without serial numbers as required by state law ARS 16-621 or that some duplicates used the same serial numbers. Has the County given an explanation for this?
Fact: The auditor can look at the routers in place at Maricopa County without disturbing operations and without risk to law enforcement.
For them to say it would cost 6 million dollars is nonsense.
I served with you in the Arizona legislature. I know your politics.
Regardless of your adolescent experiences, you are a far left radical. Trying to paint yourself as a moderate is disengenuous. You are too extreme to represent AZ.
I grew up working class. Single mom. Slept on the floor. Worked all through high school & college.
It’s a story that’s familiar to millions of Americans. But it’s basically unheard of in the U.S. Senate.
I’m running to bring that perspective to DC and to fight for working
President Fann asked important and serious questions about the audit. I'm disappointed to hear that the County has said they will not show to answer questions.
Instead of helping struggling AZ families plagued by inflation, the governor just issued an order for taxpayers to cover the cost of elective, sex reassignment surgeries. This illegal, out of touch, unprecedented over reach did not receive proper JLBC review as required by law.
We warned the SOS early on that we would sue if the Elections Procedure Manual was not corrected to reflect the laws passed by the legislature. Unfortunately that did not happen. I imagine their will be many plaintiffs join the Senate in protecting our elections.
No, a president cannot completely shut down the border with an executive order. A full border closure would violate federal laws granting people the right to seek asylum.
I have had a number of constituents text me a screenshot that shows their ballot was cancelled and they don't know why. I have referred them to the attorney general's election Integrity unit. All Trump voters.

Birth control is still legal in Arizona. Abortion is not. Be responsible. There are a lot of options. Birth control does not require taking the life of a child.
Any nominee who gets caught lying at a confirmation hearing is not fit to serve the state of Arizona. The 9th floor could learn from Napolitano. Napolitano did not appoint radical lefties as directors.
Via the media, the President received a letter from the County. Outside of the unnecessary insults I'm glad to see a response. Unfortunately it does not agree to comply with the subpoena or fully answer all of her questions.
I’m disappointed, and I’m angry that even narrowly-tailored gun violence prevention bills like the one we worked to introduce this session don’t stand a chance with our current legislature.
Residents file lawsuit against the City of Phoenix for allowing homeless to destroy their quality of life & wreck their businesses.
We can't allow this to go on.
As Governor, my plan gets the homeless off the streets & brings back quality of life in AZ.
It"s official! I graduated from law school last night.
Congrats to my fellow students and thanks to my professors.
A special thank you to God above, my wife, family and friends who supported me along this road and helped me meet a demanding schedule.
The media jumped on the Russia collusion bandwagon for years but seemingly find no interest in seriously pursuing voter fraud allegations for just a few weeks.
