I so desperately just want to be able to take my baby to playgroups. To meet other mums and go for coffee and soft play 💔 This certainly isn’t the version of motherhood I used to envision, but it’s the one we’ve got for now. On a brighter note. We made her 1st snowman today☃️

No bank holiday for Pegasus Company! 37 participants took part in the screening for AAPPS 23.01 today consisting of a 8 mile TAB and 1.5 mile run. 33 made the start standard. The formative phase starts in earnest tomorrow with Speedplay 1 🏃 The King is airborne - GSTK!

I may be 28 with a child of my own…but coming back to my parents and being looked after is just lush. Not had to think about what to cook for dinner, or do laundry. Dreamy 😍

As far as “first day back at work” goes, this was a pretty decent one. Excited to get stuck in to this new job, especially when we get to run engagement events like this 💪🏼

Day 2️⃣ of the formative phase This morning was Goodwood races, followed by some mental resilience training for the Officers and SNCOs - 22/33 passed This afternoon was intro to trainasium and a S&C circuit 💪 Parade squares are for phys, not drill!

It’s my last week of maternity leave this week and I’ve spent most of the week in tears. Trying to be present and enjoy every minute of this week whilst already mourning all the missed moments and milestones to come has been one of the most draining things ever. 😢

Pumpkin season 🎃🍁 🫶🏼 We’re not doing the whole pumpkin patch thing this year because the closest good one to us is nearly an hour away….and I really don’t fancy making that journey on my own with a moody toddler 😂
