Today I apologised to a patient as I was running 15mins behind on a clinic. They said not to worry and we cracked on. 10 mins after they left there was a little knock on the door and they’d gone and got me a Costa. It’s genuinely made my week. ☺️

My biggest take away from #OPTEAMWORK was that troops need (and want) more education. They don’t want to offend or isolate, but they don’t have a base understanding of why changes are happening or why they’re important. Hence, why so many think it’s ‘woke’ or ‘PC gone mad’ 🧵
