What I find interesting about Dr Eggman's profiles in the official JP Jam and Adventure guides is that it's stated that his character is more like a child who can't discern right from wrong (Jam) and that he means no ill will (Adventure). IMO, this makes his apathy scarier.

Sonic's brows/eye ridges have rules. But so do Sonic's spines. Model sheets dictate that his spines maintain their curvature. They don't wave-around in wind. This is why even when his spines are pushed upwards, they ALWAYS maintain their curvature.
