I started by fasting for 24h & eventually 48.. once you prove to yourself you have self control to avoid food for a prolonged period you become god

It took me two 💯you can do it. Just around 500/800 calories with two fasts somewhere within the week :) totaling around 46 liquid fasting hours
“Allow some of ur favorite foods into your calorie deficit plan” nooooo we have food addictions this will get you into a cycle im so serious, practice abstinence 🧘
