Great news! We're now ranked 24th in the world – a rise of 11 places year-on-year – in the CWTS Leiden Ranking 2019, released today (Wednesday, May 15th).

It is with great sadness that we hear of the passing of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth the Second. On behalf of the people of the University of Exeter, we give our deepest condolences to His Majesty King Charles the Third, and the King's family, at this sad time.
Today we pay tribute to one of our graduates who had a huge impact on many people: Dame Deborah James, who died yesterday. Deborah graduated in Economics in 2003. We remember her today and remind ourselves that even in the most difficult circumstances, we can change the world.
