I did it! I had a goal of losing 50 lbs and today I hit -51! Keeping my old belt as a reminder of how far I came. Best part, I didn't give anything up. Didn't starve, still drank allllll my beers, ate all the carbs and didn't focus on cardio. Just calorie deficit and moving 😁

They have a tip option at the self serve bar at Rogers. Starts at 18% and goes up from there or you can decline. You grab your own drink, scan it and pay for it yourself. No help. Do you tip? I'm not a cheap person but I am not tipping when I'm doing it myself for $14 beers

A very close male in my life is depressed and has suicidal thoughts. He went to the ER (no family doctor) and asked for help and meds. Doctor turned him away and said he didn't need pills and to monitor himself for a month. WTF?! NO ONE should be turned away, ever!!! So angry!!

I don't know much about players wages, team caps and all the behind the scenes stuff and I don't care to know it. I love the Oilers and will continue to cheer loud, show support and drink beers as soon as that puck drops. It's a game for entrainment so just fucking enjoy it🧡💙

Is 40 too old to have a kids. Having a debate with someone about this and I am sure it isn't going to end friendly. Especially when someone say "me" has been trying for 3 years with no unexplained luck and not sure I want to give up yet.
