@levelsio My gym has this "body pump" class, it's basically a full body workout with barbells and dumbbells. It's an hour long and heavy on the reps so it's good cardio, and it's enough to always be sore the day after. Best of both worlds 👌

@sobedominik It's the opposite for me. I used React, Vue 2, and Vue 3, JSX just makes sense. Vue requires me to learn another level of abstraction while in React all is JavaScript, including HTML.

I deleted my X app 5 days ago and only use the desktop site. Best decision ever. My phone usage went down from 2-3h/day to just over 1h/day. I'm no longer compulsively checking my phone all the time so I'm more mindful and calm. Delete social media apps 💛

I’ll give this a shot. I’m deleting my X app right now. I’ve been spending too much time reflexively checking it. Using X on my laptop should be enough. I’ll update on the results in a few days.

@marc_louvion The Design of Everyday Things by Don Norman is a gem. Weirdly, it's one of the most influential books I've read at uni. Once you read, you'll never look at a product the same way again.
