Work began today to remove thousands of beautiful floral tributes left to honour Her Majesty The Queen at The Green Park & Hyde Park. Staff & volunteers were assisted by @OpCentaur Shire horses, who helped move tributes to Kensington Gardens, where the flowers will be composted.

We’re pleased to announce that over 400 teddy bears left as a tribute to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II are to be donated to @barnardos . After being collected & stored in the Hyde Park nursery, the teddies will now be professionally cleaned. Read more 🔽

Each year @poppylegion ’s #RemembranceSunday March Past The Cenotaph ends on Horse Guards Parade. HRH, The Princess Royal took the salute to 10,000 people from 300 different Armed Forces & civilian associations. Ahead of this at 11am @KingsTroopRHA marked the Two Minute Silence.

Shire Horses, Nobby and Monty from @OpCentaur are this week working in Bushy Park 🐴 The horses are helping to mow grassland and harrow the avenues in the park 🌿 These working horses provide a vital service around all of the Royal Parks and it is lovely to see them in action.

We’re pleased to announce that our proposed 20mph speed limit for roads through Hyde Park, Regent’s Park and St James’s Park has been signed into law today and is effective immediately. This means the speed limit is now 20mph in all Royal Parks.
