@BBsBigHouse1
and I broke down Michigan's 41-13 win over Purdue and look ahead to the massive showdown with Penn State on Saturday.

@bluebyninety
Folks crucified Michigan for losing by 23 to 12-1 Ohio State but people are saying Georgia is one of the four best teams with a 20 point loss to 9-3 LSU.
That’s kind of weird, isn’t it?
Michigan fans had a celebration when Urban Meyer retired.
Since Ryan Day took over, 5⭐️ Zach Harrison committed to OSU, Justin Fields transferred, and two Michigan defensive coaches joined OSU’s staff.
Michigan fans, say hello to your new daddy.

How about Josh Wallace?
All offseason, folks were concerned with who would be the corner opposite Will Johnson, and the transfer from UMass came in over the summer and was a star. He made three massive plays in the Rose Bowl and cemented himself as a Michigan legend.
ESPN immediately pivoting and praising Jim Harbaugh within a week of him leaving Michigan after bashing him for the last three months is nasty business
I remember the OSU media and fanbase championing Justin Fields when he said Ohio State took the rivalry more serious than Michigan and that it means more at Ohio State. It was all fun and games after that comment.
Now they all want to cry about big, bad Michigan? Gimme a break.
John Beilein changed his philosophy and has two B1G Tournament championships, a Sweet Sixteen, National Championship appearance, and is 12-0 while ranked
#2
.
Failure to adapt will be the downfall of Jim Harbaugh’s Michigan.
2021 - get engaged, Michigan wins the B1G
2022 - get married, Michigan win the B1G
2023 - find out we’re pregnant, Michigan wins the B1G
2024 - Michigan wins the Rose Bowl, Michigan wins the National Championship, baby due in July
Trailing 20-13. 3:19 left. Three timeouts. 4th and 2 at your own 33.
Jim Harbaugh elects to go for it. JJ finds Blake wide open for a season saving play. Blake would score the game winning touchdown in overtime to send Michigan to Houston. What a call.
Jacoby Windmon got 5.5 sacks in the first two games and had MSU fans saying he was better than Aidan Hutchinson and the finished the season with 5.5 sacks lmao
The Cavs should go after Trey Burke and Tim Hardaway and Nik Stauskas and Glenn Robinson III and DJ Wilson and Duncan Robinson and Caris Levert and Moe Wagner and Iggy Brazdeikis and Charles Matthew and Jordan Poole
@Northwestool
Didn’t Northwestern players and coaches wear Pat Fitzgerald shirts after he was fired for allowing hazing in his program for a decade and a half or am I wrong on that
I don’t remember Kirk Herbstreit taking shots at Jabrill Peppers for being completely removed from the play by Mike Weber while Curtis Samuel galloped into the end zone in 2016.
The Big House chanting “Let’s Go Zak” was the greatest moment I’ve ever experienced at Michigan Stadium.
Blake Corum scoring the next play and throwing up the 65 afterwards was the second greatest moment I’ve ever experienced at Michigan Stadium.
If Ohio State wanted to limit the big plays, Michigan would’ve went on multiple 15-play, 80 yard drives like they did when OSU played their base defense and didn’t bring 10 in the box. The big plays are on OSU’s cover 0 game plan, not luck or a fluke.
On Saturday, history will be made.
A college game (Vegas Bowl) will feature tablets & helmet comms as one of ~14 bowls to use the technology in an experiment likely to turn permanent.
CFB: on the edge of an evolution that arrived in the NFL 30 years ago
10-1 heading into the last game of the season with a championship on the line. Can’t ask for much more out of a group a lot of folks thought would be 7-5/8-4 at best.
I'd say it's more-likely-than-not that Michigan gave signs to South Carolina prior to their game with Tennessee. If so, that means their cheating:
- knocked out a likely playoff team
- resulted in Hendon Hooker tearing his ACL in a comeback effort vs a def than knew his plays
Jim Harbaugh took a shot at Ryan Day and continued to beat him on his way to a national championship.
Ryan Day took a shot at Jim Harbaugh after he got a job in the NFL (where Day couldn’t cut it as a QB coach) and can’t get his ass beat up and down the field by Jim anymore
🥱
Shea Patterson is completing 70% of his passes with 7 TDs to 2 INTs and led a game winning drive on the road with clutch plays all over the place Saturday. Why are people wanting to change? Michigan fans can be so whiny.
“Teske Sucks”
Jon Teske has been to a two Sweet 16s, a Final Four, has won two Big Ten Tournaments, and is averaging 14 & 9 this season.
Coming from fans of a program that has been to the Sweet Sixteen once in 15 years, that’s rich.
So Jim Harbaugh basically said “kids shouldn’t have to lie about mental health issues to get eligible, they should just be able to be eligible one transfer per career” and we’re mad?
Ok
Never forget that Ohio State changed their signs and had Greg Schiano steal Michigan’s signs ahead of The Game in 2022 just to lose by three plus touchdowns as eight point favorites at home!
So many dorks convinced themselves the reason their team lost to Michigan was because of
#signs
and not because Michigan hired badass coordinators like Mike Macdonald and Jesse Minter
Exactly six weeks from now I’m going to be shotgunning beers on the University of Michigan Golf Course listening to Mr. Brightside and I’ve never wanted anything more in life
