In 2019 David played at Duke as a freshman. At one point in the game he stood alongside two fellow Minnesotans, Tre Jones and Matthew Hurt, who were much higher profile players coming out of high school. David chose a path that led to him being drafted higher than those two.

This doesn’t even begin to capture the quality of the @CSUMBasketball program under Niko in terms of the way he , his staff, and his players interact with fans and the local community. I wouldn’t trade him for any other coach in America.
