At CarnaticCafe of Delhi’s Terminal3 there are two intriguing dosa varieties — ‘Malleswaram 18th Cross’ (a street in an old Bangalore locality) and ‘Mannina Maga’ (son of the soil). Tried ‘Malleswaram’, can tell with some authority that such a dosa was never made in the locality.
