Does @mach1baseball training produce results? Here is same player, year over year data on Average Exit Velocity. Average increase of 6.6 mph, correlates to 50-100 pts of SLG%. This is off game velo machines, not front toss.

A plea to tournament operators--PLEASE raise your tourney fees and dump the stay to play business model. Most companies you outsource this to provide terrible customer service. Rooms are over-priced. It's an archaic process and out of step with changes in the lodging industry.

Gamers summer season is wrapped up. High school teams played an average of 45 games and practiced 32 times during the summer. Right around 90 players. 77 team events in 100 days. Kids/parents did a great job of protecting themselves and teammates from CoVid.

With the HS age schedule that we play, it is really, really hard to win 30 games. The 2019 Gamers Blue were the third group in 11 years to win back-to-back 30 games at 16u and 17u. Very proud of this group. Great teammates, even better young men. Big Accomplishment.

A Juco program with an experienced coaching staff that is properly resourced and plays a good schedule is a great option for the first step of college baseball. There are some very impressive Juco coaches in the Midwest.

Getting questions on why we do not go to January events in FL/AZ. Looked at it several times. Seems risky for young pitchers to be on game mound in January. Also, bad investment for Midwest players, who return to 2 months of cold before competing again. Rather play in Oct.

Do not understand the thought process of throwing HS kids >5 innings or > 80 pitches in March. Baffling that this continues to happen. Pitch Smart is a MAXIMUM in ANY circumstance. Not a cap on meaningless March games. Common sense, awareness, priorities...lacking.
