So need to have enough influence in the cabinet to get it put forward and agreed and then ensure one of the biggest rebellions happens

@Shandy_al @DerrickBerthel1 Apparently 40+ MPs want Cummings to resign. More than enough to put the govt under pressure with its legislative programme. They could make all sorts of demands. However, I agree that not all of those MPs would be willing to stick their neck out.
