No, Trump has not appealed the NY fraud judgment. He has filed a "Notice of Appeal," which simply signals his intention to appeal. He has not come up with the $400,000,000 bond he needs to put in escrow with NY to actually start an appeal. Media needs to do better.

This is why I say Tesla isn't a car company. When you buy a Tesla, you're not the only, or even the primary customer. Actual car companies are. Which would help explain why Teslas are notorious for poor build quality. Their fit and finish is abysmal, and there's so little... 9/
