I remember when I was considering an EV, all I really thought about was saving money on gas. When others ask about EVs, itโ€™s almost invariably โ€œhow much to fill your tank?โ€ Now that I have a @Tesla , saving money is not even the top reason why Iโ€™ll never go back to a gas car.

Total cost of my day trip from Vancouver to Kelowna and back: $47 including lunch and charging fees. Last time I drove to Kelowna in my Honda Civic, I paid around $150 just in gas and I couldnโ€™t do the round trip in a day and still stay mentally alert.

My @Tesla did amazing in the snow!! I could barely see the lane markings with all the snow on the road, but it was enough for #FSD to safely stay in the lane and be a leader for the car behind me. It really took the stress off me.

My heart is broken. Today, a dear colleague and fellow Tesla owner succumbed to his 2-year battle with cancer. Itโ€™s not often you get to fully geek out with another Tesla owner any day of the week. He was one of the best. #RestInPeace Andrew. โ™ฅ๏ธ

@BuckFoston_ I loved that part of the article. Didnโ€™t realize that was Demkoโ€™s first NHL playoff game. Working all his career for the playoffs, and heโ€™s out after one game. Iโ€™d be in tears too.

5 years ago I was that @Tesla -crazed girl who couldnโ€™t stop smiling when I talked about the company and their cars, and everyone was like โ€œWhatโ€™s a Tesla?โ€ Today, Iโ€™m the first person my friends want to tell when they are looking at buying a Tesla. I havenโ€™t changed. ๐Ÿ˜‰๐Ÿ˜ #IJS

Thanks to the opening of the @Tesla #Supercharger in Valemont,BC, I can go home via Jasper, AB and save 2 hrs off my trip! This would not have been possible even a couple months ago! Been begging and pleading for a midway location between Jasper and Kamloops. Now we got one.

The hotel Iโ€™m staying has a @Tesla Wall Charger! Complimentary and I can park all night. They asked me to lower the rate of charge so I wouldnโ€™t trip the circuit. So I set it to 20A. With the max charge at 97%, itโ€™ll get there in 6.5 hrs. Iโ€™ll wake up to a full battery! ๐Ÿ˜‹

792 kms and $36.37 CAD later, I have arrived at my campsite at Lake Louise, AB with 68% on my LR battery. Setting up camp mode for the night. Will try to catch the sunrise tomorrow morning at the lake. Canโ€™t wait.

Drove this route a hundred times on FSD and it has never slowed to 30 kms at the park despite a super clear sign. Today on #FSDBeta 11.3.4, it slowed for the first time, and actually decelerated appropriately so I was at the proper speed by the time I got to the park. ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿ‘๐Ÿป

OMG I want to do a #RoadTrip in my @Tesla SO BAD. Itโ€™s been 4 months since my last trip (to Eugene, OR which was a super short road trip). I donโ€™t usually wait longer than that. Next trip is planned for April (Vancouver to Dallas). But I may not last that longโ€ฆ
