I believe that by then CocaCola had taken Coke out of their Cola. Government passed Strict Laws in 1914 making drugs like Cocaine, Heroin & Morphine Controlled Sustances—Actual Start of the failed War on Drugs.
It was based on Racist ideology/BS fears of Coked up Black men.🤬
