We are sorry to report former Sefton batsman John Crapper has passed away. A technically good & gritty bat, John played 1XI & 2XI in late 70s & 80s; difficult to get out when set as exemplified by a fine 75* against a @CBHCC attack including Winston Benjamin on a wet Sefton track

Congratulations to Caitlin Summers who travelled to Durham with @LancsCricketWMN U13s over the weekend. Opening the bowling, Caitlin took 3/4 off 5.3 overs as Durham were bowled out for 98. She then came in at no.10 with Lancs 63/8 and hit 19no as the Red Rose won by 1 wicket!
