Asked a few times in recent weeks about the 60 cap rule, thoughts are the same as when I left Wales. It’s a good concept, I think there could be a regional appearance cap/time served (8-10years) in Wales. But nothings perfect, there’s lot of talent coming through. #Rulesberules
