I'm working hard on making mistakes with Generative AI so everyone in this upcoming workshop doesn't have to!

I saw the future today and the hype is real.
Not only is
@tana_inc
incredibly aligned with my priorities as a workplace/business owner professional who very much lives the digital/power user life, I have faith in their team/rollout pace and that they are building something…
@kylekeefetv
@NHLPlayerSafety
If he would have gotten hurt worse, I bet there would be action. Makes no sense and seems like there is too much grey area with these hits.
Pathetic safety standards for players.
@BR_OpenIce
He should be out for the season and add a zero to his fine. This isn't hockey, it's complete bullshit and he needs to be actually penalized.
If you like
@NotionHQ
, then you'll love
@tana_inc
.
Tana is basically like Notion, but doesn't:
- lag
- have slow or limiting databases
- have a search that is terrible
- have folder structure (who wants to constantly think "where should I put this?!")
Unreal rain today in downtown Denver.
This is looking out our apartment bedroom window (right by the Flagship REI).
Flooding going down! (Man do we need water though!)
@KyleClark
haha, I thought of that too.
Our city is in euphoria and the other is in depression (as the Panthers will probably lose to the Knights tomorrow as well 😆
Officially switching my company’s CRM from
@CopperInc
to
@tana_inc
.
I made a list of all the pro/cons and Tana will be the best long term solution.
Some key features for me/my team:
- Leverages AI and lets us build custom solutions (Copper basically doesn’t do this at…
Denver is on 🔥 right now.
Might as well crack open a Red Bull as this noise isn’t going down anytime soon! 😆
(About a half mile away from Ball Arena)
Love this city.
Just made a 15 min video on how I write/curate using
@RoamResearch
for anyone interested. (it's kind of raw/rambling, but I think still useful)
People I mentioned in the video who have helped me along the way:
@rjnestor
(roam learning)...
My
@tana_inc
workspace is seriously 🔥 thanks to
@TanaNodes
.
I will be doing an in-depth video review of it next week.
I've largely automated a lot of my workflows (w/ AI also) around:
- Meetings (both planning for them and recaps)
- Highlights of what I read around the…
@bennyjohnson
Congratulations on cracking a one-in-a-million vote fraud cause.
Update: Voting fraud is still an incredibly small portion of what goes on out there...
...for those of us who use Math in our daily lives...
@tana_inc
seriously pushing the limits of workflows for pretty much...anyone.
I took a call I had recorded (from Otter) and dumped it into the inbox to transcribe with Whisper (it's near perfect, even for B2B acronyms)...
...it picked up on the speaker and automatically…
Not all SWAG is created equal.
Example: Readwise SWAG is near the top of the list. 😍
Thanks,
@readwiseio
for the awesome hoodie! 🙌🏻
I love (and only) recommending products I use regardless of their support.
[link in thread on how Readwise works if you aren’t using it 😳]
Stoked that
@RoamResearch
dropped an electron app for it’s Believers 🙌🏻
…already way better than the web app.
As I’m in
@fortelabs
’
#buildingasecondbrain
cohort (just started), I’ve never been more excited about my/my team’s knowledge management flows.
Here’s what I’m using
Was a lot of fun (and not quite sure how I crammed that into just 5 modules), but created a GA 4 course for
@TTTSEOCommunity
!
If you’re apart of it, check it out 🙌🏻🤓
Looking for an
@obsdmd
Consultant to teach me the ropes quicker than I can learn myself.
Would be ideal if they have Roam --> Obsidian conversion experience :)
Who should I talk to? 🙏🏻

Happily cancelled my Answer The Public account from renewing.
I really wasn't using it anyway, but sure as heck didn't help to have Neil Patel's face on the homepage since he owns it now.
Conversion killer 😆
@wyshynski
@scottpantall
@Avalanche
If you look closely at every play, you could find a lot more reasons to blow the wistle.
The Avs won fair and square and were clearly outplaying the Lightning.
See you Friday for the cup hoisting.
@andrewjclare
Does anyone with common sense use a phone without a case?
This is basically a non issue as a result.
Same thing with the MacBoon Air midnight color…nothing a case couldn’t fix…
Just got confirmation of my next talk which will be me going back to the
@ConversionConf
in June 🌴
It always means a lot to me when people want to have me back. (Same goes for clients who want to retain you!)
I couldn't me more excited about my topic: "Unlocking CRO Success:…
Look at an ad from
@heyjasperai
...
...let me allow to answer it: ChatGPT is a free tool and it better than Jasper's paid tool.
Has nothing to do with the fact that it's free...it's simply better.
I think Jasper is in trouble.
I'll be doing a GA4 workshop with
@jimmy_daly
and
@superpathco
this Thursday!
We'll be covering metrics specifically for Content Marketers, Writers, SEOs.
Check out a "behind the scenes" video of my custom system for getting a constant CTR for every section on your website (a…
Finishing a busy day by "rewarding" myself with playing in
@tana_inc
.
Special thanks for
@rjnestor
and
@SantiYounger
for being so helpful in wanting me to get in 🙌🏻 🙏🏻
...I can already see the power 🤓
@teachable
is by far the worst platform for me from a UX perspective and it's not even close.
I pretty much have accounts on all other platforms and the way Teachable does 2FA via email and I constantly have to reset my password almost makes me not want to buy certain courses…
Today is Taco’s last day with us.
He woke up with a nerve disorder and couldn’t use his legs. He was running around the night before.
Life is short, hug a loved one and tell them how you feel.
Till we met again on the

If I wrote a blog on "How to set up
@RoamResearch
for success from the beginning" would you read it?
I have been using Roam for just over 1 year now and recently migrated a graph to a new instance and setup my CSS and JS settings from scratch as I had way too many over time. 🤔
It's the cost of doing business as a Technical Marketer (you need to have a crawler).
I've tried them all (as I have a background in SEO), and
@screamingfrog
still wins out for me.
@remarkablepaper
Only way I'll consider it is when you integrate with
@readwise
. Until then, it's useless for my workflow.
(Yes, Readwise IS that good).
Immediately canceled
@ahrefs
after my first bill. Check out this "credits-based" bull shit.
As if $400/month wasn't enough already?
Care to send me an NPS, Ahrefs? 🙄
@SMB_Attorney
How is this a disaster on the employee's side here? She asked all the right questions and had patience.
Cloudflare is in a PR disaster after this, I see this video on pretty much every social platform I sign in to...
...more reach any any video they have ever made probably...
@roshanpateI
Opps, forgot
@tana_inc
here...
...which is probably correct since it registers as off the charts on most areas 😉
(It's a great combination of Notion and Obsidian, but with better UX taste in the app and no limitations on the use of AI like Notion does).
Looking for more CRO ideas? If you aren't afraid of getting a little technical (it's not that bad), then use
@screamingfrog
to scale your CRO research. 📈
I wrote a guide for
@Convert
on how to use your GA search data to figure out how optimized your internal site search is 🤓📈
Last week my dog Sringbean (was barking in the background) and I did a GA4 workshop for
@superpathco
w/
@jimmy_daly
.
While Stringbean is always up for doing these workshops, I try and limit them as my philosophy is always to give away my best stuff.
I did that here.
You can…
I finished
@alt_MBA
today. (I will sleep more in March)
It broaden my perspectives, has made me a deeper thinker, better question asker, all in all more thoughtful in life.
The investment of $4k was far less than the amount of time I dedicated to it for 30 days.
I have no…
@courtig
I vote yes. Tell me what's in it for me so I can make sure I'll get what I want out of it.
I actually find Backlinko's to be helpful (since most of their stuff is long-form/ultimate guides), it makes a ton of sense for them.
@JulianGoldieSEO
Again, no real specifics here regarding a workflow for SEO. Of course it can guess what you are interesting based on uploading a dataset, but I'd love to see something useful that others can use besides just uploading lots of CSVs and saying "tell me what I should do for SEO"…
