Viacom is only supposed to upload a handful of clips at 5 mins or less) you watch sketch comedy differently than you do other shows so this 5 min rule is killing comedy writers when 5 min limit is ignored. no one is buying and writers get nothing.

(08/39) Promo clips have become the primary way audiences consume Comedy/Variety. For studios, it’s better that YouTube is the new place of exhibition, they rake in hundreds of times the viewers, still make ad revenue, and they don’t have to pay writers or actors for the use.
