以上を踏まえると、「事実上」海外勢はKACに参加はできない。強いて言えばサブ垢だけでエントリーし、本垢での曲解禁を見送る事はできるのか？過去にはカードを切り離し海外登録の別垢に移すなんて事が出来たが、最近はそれも出来なくなった。ならどうして初めから日本在住者限定にしないのか。

Adding to this: I only ever played the KAC restricted qualifier songs on my Japanese Konami ID account in order to unlock them. I had no scores recorded on any other qualifying songs. It’s clearly evident I was not trying to act maliciously, or break rules.

Konami's just sloppy with adapting rules. First, should've allowed basic subs for non JP accounts when they rolled out official foreign support and allow data xfer Second, should've ditched the account/physical region mismatch rule when they moved away from regional quals.

I wanted to see how many US players made it to each rank in RESIDENT! - 70 US Kaidens (only counted if your region was America) - 50% of the world is 9th dan and up - 50% of Americans are 8th dan and up - US player base is really small in comparison to the global player base!
