To all trainees and ECTs going into / back to schools this week. Remember - you’re at the beginning of a wonderful journey but it’s only the start. No-one is expecting you to be a perfect teacher from the word go. Take your time and advice. Observe others, learn and breathe! 🙂

Approaching the end of a crazy but incredible half-term! We have onboarded around 120 ECTs and mentors to the ECF, registered over 100 ECTs to our AB service, signed up over 100 teachers and leaders to NPQs and delivered our first 7 weeks of ITT to our cohort! @InspirationTSH

Also, if working in evening ask yourself ‘is anyone going to notice if I put 30 mins extra work into this lesson, except me?’ 👍
