Morning all. Today marks the day I have completed my 100 day body detox. During that time I have not had any alcohol, chocolate, takeaways etc. Been walking, running and back into the gym. I have gone up 2 notches on my belt and lost 34.2 lbs in weight. Got to say I am chuffed 💪

There are a million things wrong with racing at the moment but one great thing that are still quite new in the grand scheme of things and are a delight is the veteran races. Superb to see these older horses strutting their stuff still. 🐎🇬🇧

I think the BHA have alot to answer for Southwell. They say there is an investigation into the number of fatalities and today put an extra meeting on. That is just poor decision making.
