Another more difficult Transplant in a patient with Polycystic kidneys. Had bilateral Nephrectomy and then a transplanted was done in 1 stage instead of two what they can do 'there' we can do here and better. Patient is doing well.

So one of the sweetest things happend 2day. We did valve ablation for a young boy of 10yrs who had PUV. When he came out of anaesthesia and fully conscious, he said "Doctor,thank you". I wasnt sure I heard well so i asked what he said and he repeated it. Oh sweetness... Thread

Had one of my most quiet birthday celebration today. Was a day of introspection and Thanksgiving. So much has happened in a year and somuch is ahead for the years to come. Grateful to God for life, family and friends. Thank you to everyone who reached out and said a prayer๐Ÿ™๐Ÿ™

@Omo_bode @MalachyOdo1 Better still, close eyes and install Solar panels. Since Feb, I never put on my Gen. Think of how much fuel money I have saved. And Solar will give u power 24/7, something a Gen won't give u. Then the noise and the stress..... Very cost effective.

I know our society unconsciously blames the Woman whenever there is a case of Infertility, but in my short practice as a Dr, Male Infertility is a serious issue and rising in numbers. More worrisome is that men will be reluctant to seek help even when they know. Why the ego?Why?

On a very lighter note,in my little experience as a Urologist, women tend to value the penis more than the men who own it๐Ÿคฃ and i will give some examples. A mother is the first person who notices and is BOTHERED if her child has an "abnormal hole" in the penis(hypospadias)...

Every morning I wake up, drive 50+mins to my place of work, see my patients and drive back another 50+mins. I resumed and tried setting up the Urology Unit, we are making progress. Patients are happy that a Specialist is finally with them. Their joy gives the needed push...
